Reaching College Students Workshop
Worship Notes for NC Baptists
Worship is not only about what we do when the church gathers; it is what we are to do every day. The best worship is a continuum of: worshiping God by getting ready to meet Him; worshiping Him with His people through His Word and His Spirit; and worshiping Him by being obedient to His Word. Register for Worship Leader Boot Camp, Worship Summit, Worship Audio Training and attend events or festivals sponsored by the NC Baptists. For more information, click HERE!
will be held on September 16th, this workshop is a 2 hour event focused on familiarizing church leaders with the first steps of engaging a college campus with the gospel. With an interactive learning approach, the first hour will focus on key principles necessary for adopting a campus. The second hour will allow participants to immediately practice these steps of engagement while exploring the campus with a member of the Collegiate Partnerships Team. After the workshop, participants will have the skills and experience necessary to begin engaging the college, universities or community colleges in their own backyard. The event is free, but we would like to get an idea of how many to plan for. If you cannot attend this workshop, contact Alex Konzelman at firstname.lastname@example.org for information about other workshop dates. For this workshop, register HERE!

During the fiercest of winds and strongest of storms, the trees with the deepest roots are not easily uprooted. Simply put, the tree is anchored to the ground, and though it might be weathered, it is firmly planted. God desires for women to live their lives anchored to Him so that when the storms of life come, we are firmly planted in Him and His promises. But how do we anchor ourselves in the Lord's Word? At this retreat, we will learn how to study scripture so we might be anchored in our Heavenly Father and His truth. Registration is first come, first served and is transferable for this event, but non-refundable. Registration and all registration prices are available HERE!

You have a PRAISE report you want to share to the community?
Every day across North Carolina lives are changed because of what God is doing through the local church. That's something worth celebrating! HIS Radio's Church Bulletin is a new on-air feature that will share stories about how the local church is making an impact. This feature is not a listing of events to come, but putting a spotlight on what God has already done through your ministry! Perhaps professions of faith, youth group mission trip - whatever is happening in your church, we'd like to hear about it. By sharing these stories, we hope to give the community something positive to focus on. Your stories will serve as an encouragement to others and give HIS Radio listeners the opportunity to celebrate what God is doing in your church. Want to share? No story is too small. You can talk to Tiffanie at 919-856-9787 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
