214 1/2 oz. cans of Whole Kernel Corn
214 1/2 oz cans of Yams
21 lb. boxes of Macaroni and Cheese
2boxes or bags of Stuffing Mix
2boxes of Instant Pudding (Chocolate or Vanilla)
1 box of family sized Tea Bags or 2 packages of
Powdered Soft Drink Mix
1 pint or quart of Cooking Oil
1 2 lb. bag of Sugar
1 2 lb. bag of Self-Rising Flour
1 box Vanilla Wafers or Graham Crackers
1 Clear Plastic Storage Box (with all items placed inside)

Applications are exclusively accepted from and must be returned to a designated Beatitude House Ministry location. Any church interested in obtaining applications to serve families in their community is encouraged to reach out to the nearest Beatitude House site during their regular operating hours. We kindly request that each church only submits a maximum of five (5) applications to ensure that we can assist as many different families and areas as possible.
