What is S.A.T.T?
S.A.T.T. (showing Appreciation to Teachers) is a ministry of the churches of the New South River Baptist Association that supports public school educators in Cumberland, Hoke, and Sampson counties.
Through the generosity of local churches and community partners, teachers are invited to our Associational Resource Center to select much-needed classroom supplies at no cost. From notebooks and pencils to classroom essentials, these resources help educators create successful learning environments for their students.
More than providing supplies, S.A.T.T. offers encouragement. As teachers gather the items they need, pastors and volunteers take time to pray with them, thank them for their service, and remind them that their work is valued and appreciated.

Making a Difference Twice a Year
S.A.T.T. is held twice annually:
* August - Helping teachers prepare for the start of a new school year.
* January - Replenishing classroom supplies during the second half of the school year when resources often begin to run low.
How You Can Help
